PE aluminum composite panels (ACP) feature a polyethylene core, providing lightweight flexibility and impact resistance. Their smooth aluminum surface is ideal for printing, painting, and coating, ensuring a polished appearance. PE ACPs are cost-effective and lightweight, making them easy to transport, handle, and install.
They are highly flexible, allowing for customized designs and are available in various colors and finishes, mimicking materials like wood and stone. While offering some UV resistance for outdoor use, they are easy to maintain, requiring minimal effort to keep them looking new.

While PE ACPs are versatile and cost-effective, they do have some limitations, particularly in terms of fire resistance and UV durability compared to panels with fire-retardant cores or PVDF coatings. For projects where fire safety or prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions is a concern, other types of ACPs may be more suitable.
